Build up

Please note that no dismantling is allowed before the fair has closed.
Any goods left behind in the exhibition or storage area, when the exhibition has ended will be removed, and the expenses debited to the exhibitor.
Work pass
Personnel only working at build up and break down must have a work pass. These can be collected at arrival.
Exhibition badge
Each exhibitor has the possibility to get 10 exhibitor badges. The exhibitor badge must be worn fully visible during the exhibition and gives full access to the exhibitor area, including 30 minutes after closing and during build-up and breakdown. All exhibitor badges must be picked up at the same time by one person responsible for the stand. The pickup is located in the main entrance and start from March 7, 2023, at 8am.

. Sectech is a trade fair. Children under the age of 15 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult.
The price for stands are
6 sqm - NOK 27.800
12 sqm - NOK 45.500
A registration fee of NOK
4.200
is added to the stand cost.
As the number of stands is limited, it is important to book a stand quickly.
There are 60 stands at the exhibition, most of them are 6 square meters.
Included in the exhibition stand fee
- Back wall, height 2.5 meters. It is not allowed to build stand systems or hand signs higher than 2,5 meters. When mounting material you must use the provided equipment or bring your own screen walls
- Desk with storage
- 2 folding chairs
- 1 brochure unit
- 1 electrical outlet, 2000W, spotlights (can vary depending on stand location or size)
- Blue carpet and sign with company name
Please notify us if you do not wish this equipment at your stand.
Please note that the deadline for ordering equipment for the stand is 7 February! After 7 February, there is a 25% surcharge on orders.
